I have a baby shower and I would like to send a gift basket, is that something you can do ?
We can curate a gift basket with any products on your choice. Our gift baskets come with free wrapping and box for no cost to you. Gift basket must be over $50.00

I am getting married and would like to have custom candle, is this possible ?
Yes, we love custom orders, please contact us. No minimums.

CANDLES // SCENT THROW

Do your candles contain any fragrance oil or any chemicals ?
We only use Steam distilled Essential Oils in all of our products.

I recently bought a Poppy candle and I see some brown spots, what is that ?
Do not be alarmed it is actually excess Vanilla Essential Oil that was not absorbed by the soy wax. This will not effect the candle in any way.

SPRAYS //

I notice that one of the ingredient in my Lotus Spray was Witch Hazel Extract Distillate, is this a safe ingredient?
Witch Hazel extract is a natural preservative and yes it is very safe.

How soon do you ship orders?
We are a small studio however we try and ship products within 48 hours, if you would like product sooner let us know.

I just placed and order but I do not see a tracking number yet ?
Upon receipt of order you will receive email updates on fulfillment and when order is ready to ship you will receive tracking information.

What is your return policy?
All of our products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and are packaged securely to make sure that the product arrive safely. If any product was delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt of product. You will need to send back defective product and we will ship you another product.

We do not accept refunds on any room sprays, disinfectant sprays or bug repellent spray. We do accept refunds on unused candles and soaps.
